HyperAlliant · Live & corporate training
Bring SD-Agile to your team.
We plan and schedule training programs around what your agency or company actually needs. Not a catalog you pick from — a program built for the work your people already do.
What we build
Two hours, or two months.
The right length is the one that changes how your teams work on Monday. Sometimes that's a seminar. Sometimes it's a certification program that runs for weeks.
Seminars
Two hours to half a day. Good for leadership teams who need the argument and the stakes, not the mechanics. Often the thing that gets the rest funded.
Workshops
One to several days, hands-on. Your people leave having written real specifications against a real system of yours, not a toy example.
Certification programs
Multi-week, scheduled over time so people can keep doing their jobs. Ends with the credential and a portfolio artifact they actually built.
Delivery
In the room, or on the call.
Both work. What does not work is a recorded video and a hope that people watch it.
We teach in person and as synchronous online classes — live instruction, real time, real questions. Distributed teams get the same class as the people in headquarters, on the same day, with the same instructor answering the same objections.
Every program is available in any of our six languages: US English, Commonwealth English, Castilian Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, and Canadian French. That is not a translation service bolted on afterward. The course material was authored that way from the start.
How it works
We scope it with you, first.
Before anything is scheduled, we need to know what your people build, what keeps breaking, and who has to sign off on what.
You tell us the situation. Which teams, what they build, what has already gone wrong, and what a good outcome looks like six months from now. We come back with a program: the format, the sequence, how long it runs, and which credentials it ends in.
If your people should just take the free online courses instead, we will tell you that. It is a small company and a long game; selling somebody a workshop they did not need is a bad trade for us.
Who it's for
Teams that ship things that matter.
The pattern is consistent: the software is consequential, the requirements are contested, and AI has made the cost of ambiguity go up rather than down.
Government agencies
Where the requirement is a statute, the reviewer is an auditor, and "we'll figure it out in the sprint" is not a defensible answer.
Regulated industry
Finance, health, insurance, utilities — anywhere a wrong assumption becomes a finding rather than a bug ticket.
Systems integrators
Firms that build for those buyers and need their delivery teams speaking the same specification discipline as the client.
Tell us what your team needs.
Send us the situation and we will come back with a program and a schedule. No obligation, and no sales sequence to escape from.
